HN3068 is a new soap based collector for deinking from Zhejiang Huanuo Chemical Co., Ltd.. It is designed to be used at approximately 5~15% lower dosage rates than conventional soaps. Optimum dosages should be established by pulping mill trials.
HN3068專門應用于廢紙脫墨，是浙江華諾化工有限公司研制出的一種全新的皂基油墨捕集劑，它的用量比使用傳統的脫墨皂大約低5~15%，我們將通過工廠的生產試驗取得其優化的最佳使用量。

HN3068 deinking soap are available in bulk bag (500kg/bag) and in woven polypropylene, multiply paper bag (25kg/bag).

Shelf life is 24 months if stored under suitable cool, dry conditions.

Using
使用：

HN3068 is an excellent collector chemical for flotation deinking and can be added to the pulper, at the flotation cell stage or as a split addition at both points. Additions immediately prior to flotation cells must be in the form of a liquid HN3068 deinking soap solution.
HN3068脫墨皂是一種很優秀的浮選脫墨捕集劑，可以添加在碎紙機里、浮選槽系統或分別在以上兩個位置上，直接加在浮選槽系統之前必須將HN3068脫墨皂溶解成為液體后再加入。

The recommended conditions for optimum performance of HN3068 are:
Addition rate 0.10~0.58% of the weight of dry fibre
Lower doses may be used depending on overall process configuration and performance targets.

PH of flotation cell: 7.5~8.5
